MTNs: Fresh Cut and Seasoned MTN’s available from a number of platforms, at the best prices and terms. I am also direct to a platform that seasons fresh cut MTNs for Hedge Funds, Pensions Funds, and other Buyers. The platform will consider JV opportunities for interested parties on a limited basis.
T-Strips: Fresh cut non Fannie Mae T-strips available for 2-4 points under market price, in the T’s. T-2 and T-3 closings available at competitive prices.
BG’s: Lowest/best priced BG’s are available and sell within 30 minutes.
This is a Sellers’ market, and POF up front gives buyers the best chance of acquiring the available instruments. No POF up front platlforms are also available.
